"Alfred! What the hell is wrong with you?!" _______ screeched at the top of her lungs, said boy turned around and stared at her, his face priceless. He always reminded her of a kid caught with his hand in the cookie jar. "Stop eating burgers in the hallway! You know what Ludwig says about that!"

"Who cares, dudette?" Alfred inquired, tilting his head to the side as he stared at his longtime friend. "It's not like he can hurt me that bad…"

"He'll just take away your position on the Student Council," _______ deadpanned.

"So?" he pouted, "It's not like I wanted to be on the Council anyways."

_______ sighed, pinching the bridge of her nose before looking up at him through (e/c) orbs, "I know. But seriously, I don't want to be left alone with those idiots! It's not like we ever get anything done anyways. It's always fighting and screaming and yelling and it's so disorganized! I hate it in there –not that you're any better."

Alfred looked his friend's small form over and then he glanced at his burger. Should I throw it away and comfort _______ or should I say comforting things to her while eating my burger? I think I'll do the second one. Then again… she never liked it when I talked with my mouth full, so that might not be the best idea.

He sighed once more and tossed his burger into a handy trashcan. After Ludwig Beilschmidt took over the boarding school, he'd made everything spotless. There was no pornography being thrown around by the boys, the girls weren't being scared half to death, and the hallways were finally being monitored by patrols he sent out to keep mischief from happening. These were run by Arthur Kirkland, _______ _________, and Roderich Edelstein. Ludwig figured that all three of them were the best qualified to rule the hallways with an iron fist during passing period and outside of class they would roam around making sure students didn't ditch class.

"Thank you," _______ grinned at Alfred then grabbed his hand, "Let's head over to the Council Room. While I do hate it in there, the atmosphere sure beats the hate-filled glares I get from the other girls."

"Well, you do have Elizabeta as a friend you know," Alfred commented, drawing even with _______ as they walked, "That's got to count for something."

"Yeah I know," she sighed, "I'm also friends with Bella, Michelle, and Lili. That's not many girlfriends out of the school population."

"You're just so… non-girlish," Alfred stated, "That's why you're friends with all of the guys."

"I know," she scowled, "It's only because I have so many freaking brothers and was raised by my dad since my mother died in childbirth when the youngest was born. Being the only girl out of 5 is pretty tough."

Alfred chuckled, "I love your family though. They're so fun."

"I guess you could say that," _______ said rolling her eyes as she slid open the Council room door. As usual, they were both met with the continuous roar of chaos. Yao Wang was getting berated by Kiku Honda for plagiarizing his book report on The Art of War by Sun Tzu; Yong Soo was trying to grope Lin Yang, Arthur and Francis had engaged in a fist fight, Lovino was chasing around his brother, Feliciano and Antonio Fernandez Carriedo was hitting on a few nonmember girls.

Just a normal day…

"Everybody shut up!" Ludwig shouted, slamming his hands onto the table as he stood. Immediately the room quieted down and the members scrambled to their respective desks. Ludwig pointed at the girls in the corner of the room, "You! Leave!"

They nodded fearfully and darted out of the room so as not to ignite the German boy's fury. After all of the nonmembers had left in a fearful rush, Ludwig Beilschmidt ran a hand through his slicked back pale blonde hair and closed his baby blue eyes. _______ sat down in her seat in between Alfred and Arthur. Ludwig sighed and opened his eyes once more.

"We need to have a discussion about protocol," he started pausing to let the resonating groans of the Student Council ricochet around the room. "First things first, no more nonmembers in the Council room. This place is for work, not play and heartbreak –Antonio, Francis, Gilbert. As members of this Council, we need to set an example for the rest of the student body. Alfred, that means no more eating in the hallways. Arthur, stop trying to curse the boys and girls that bully you, and Lovino stop cussing out the other males. We need to follow the rules to a T so that the other students that attend International Academy will as well. We are the rulers of this school, therefore we have to be the supreme examples."

"Ludwig," Roderich started, "I think that's a little one sided."

"What do you mean?" he asked the Austrian boy.

"Well," Roderich began, "we can't change who we are or our behavior as fast as you would like. It's how the people think."

"Then try," Ludwig closed off Roderich's would-have-been lengthy and nagging rant. "I will be posting our Parliamentarian, Ivan Braginski, in charge of keeping discipline. Gilbert, have the publishing team post articles about the new legislature in the school newspaper. More on that later. Now, let's discuss our funds and talk about what our next objective will be. Feliciano!"

"Si!" the Italian shouted, standing from his seat next to Ludwig.

"Pass these out," Ludwig handed Feliciano Vargas a stack of papers. Feliciano is the Vice President. How he received that position, no one knows –however, it's common knowledge that the man pulling the strings is the Secretary, Kiku Honda. After everything had been passed out, Feliciano sat back down in his seat. Ludwig continued, "Vash, speak."

The green eyed boy stood and glared at the rest of the congregated members, "We have a lot of money in our account. Fundraisers won't be necessary. Our last one, the carwash, raised 5,000 dollars. We do have a debt of 1,500 though, but now we have enough to pay it off and then some. After we pay the debt, we will still have 3,500 dollars in the bank."

"Thank you Vash," Ludwig nodded at the Swiss boy, "Any ideas about what we should do next?"

"Let's make pasta! Everybody loves pasta!"

"We should build a burger stand! That's totally sweet!"

"A black magic club wouldn't be too much work."

"An organization for hookers."

"We should have a tomato garden."

"I'M AWESOME!"

"…Idiota. "

"How about we start a new course?"

"OK! This segment of the meeting is over," Ludwig cut everyone off and reined the Council back in.

"OH! I KNOW!" Alfred screeched, "Let's genetically modify me so I can be a superhero and kick villains' butts!"

"That's the most idiotic statement I've ever heard," Arthur snorted, making _______ roll her eyes.

"Wait!" Gilbert screeched, causing everyone to turn to look at the Prussian. "Ludwig, what do you mean publish the new legislature in the school newspaper?"

Ludwig sighed at his older brother. "I mean exactly that. Have your committee put the new school rules in the paper."

"Ludwig," Gilbert looked at him. "We don't have a newspaper."

"WAS?" Ludwig shrieked, bolting up as he slammed his hands on the table in front of him. "NEIN! WE MUST HAVE A PAPER!"

"But we don't!"

"WARUM?!"

"Ich weiß es nicht!"

"YOU ARE A FAILURE! THIS IS UNACCEPTALBE!"

"I AM AWESOME! HOW DARE YOU INSULT MY AWESOMOSITY, WEST!"

_______ sighed, resting her face on her hand. From beside her, Arthur got into an argument with Francis and Alfred butted in, causing the Frenchman to insult both of them.

She shook her head and closed her eyes.

Just another day in the student council.
This is something that I wrote a long time ago, but never got around to posting. I'm not sure if I'm going to finish it or not, but when rereading over it, I laughed. I hope you got a kick out of it too.
